Flexxodomer biogas covers
The Flexxodomer is a double membrane biogas roof that is often used in the biogas industry. The biogas roof is extremely suitable for silos where biogas is stored and/or where sustainable energy is generated. This double membrane roof can be used for biogas installations with a gas motor as well as a gas cleaning installation. The characteristic convex shape combines a maximum gas storage volume with an optimized shape for external influences such as wind and snow. In addition to this convex shape, a rectangular design is also possible. The Flexxodomer has been designed to ensure a maximum lifespan in all circumstances through use of the best materials on the market, a bi-axial design, tested components and by certified production and assembly.
Flexxosphere
(Bio)gas storage - The Flexxosphere gas sphere is designed to store gasses such as biogas, generated from organic waste in a wastewater treatment plant or biogas plant. The designed pressures depend on the diameter, but the Flexxosphere can withstand short-term pressure of up to +20.0 mbar as standard. Higher pressures are available on request. The Flexxosphere consists of two membranes and retains its shape due to operation of a fan.
Flexxocover silo covers
Protect the silo from weather, odor and emissions with a silo roof or silo cover. This cover can be fitted to almost any silo available in the market, be it concrete, wooden or steel. The Flexxocover is available as a gas-open version with welded straps, a separate strap construction for frequent opening and closing or a version where the roof is tensioned by extending the central column. There are also several variants available in a gas-tight version, depending on your application.
Flexxobag storage
For storage of liquids, choose the Flexxolutions manure bag. The Flexxobag or manure bag is the sustainable solution that we produce to measure for the storage of all kinds of liquids such as manure. It is designed to ensure a maximum lifespan in all kinds of circumstances and is therefore extremely durable for our customers.. The Flexxobag is a storage bag suitable for large volumes ranging from 100 to 7,000 m³. Special strong 1100 gr/m² foil (certified by KIWA) is used to make the manure bag also suitable for storing liquids such as manure, digestate or water.
